Nymphenburg Palace and its large park are among Munich’s top addresses – and not just for tourists, because living near the botanical gardens is also excellent. At the corner of Fasoltstrasse and Herthastrasse, a residential complex with a daycare center and a medical practice was built in the popular Munich-Nymphenburg district within a construction period of 24 months.
The new turnkey residential complex comprises eight buildings with 126 rental apartments on a total of 9,380 sqm. These are supplemented by 1,800 sqm for mixed uses with a daycare center, 22 senior apartments, a nursing care center, a medical practice and underground parking. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, the new buildings impress with light-flooded rooms.
