The student housing complex consists of two houses and offers space for 300 students
While both student residences are made of dark gray exposed concrete with strictly gridded facades on the outside, they each enclose a spacious courtyard on the inside and are glazed all around in this direction. The yellow-green anodised aluminum window soffits, which protrude slightly from the facade, are striking. Folding sliding shutters installed in front of the windows ensure the necessary sun protection.
