Urban charm – a modern residential and commercial building was built in the middle of the trendy district of Prenzlauer Berg
Port-o-Prenz was built on the site of a former supermarket: a residential ensemble with approx. 240 rental apartments, a grocery store, commercial space, approx. 500 bicycle and 70 car parking spaces. In the middle of the hustle and bustle of Berlin, the quiet, green inner courtyard invites you to relax.
The six sub-houses were developed with great attention to detail and a very unique design language. The organic shapes of the object ensure a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
