Windows let light into the rooms, protect against wind and weather and contribute to a positive energy balance. With our IV78-I wood-aluminium window, you are opting for optimum weather resistance thanks to aluminum profiles on the outside and the grace of natural wood on the inside.

The wood-aluminium system in the equal shape design variant offers all the advantages of the IV78 wood system. It is the optimal combination of the design of the Bauhaus style, the comfort of real wooden windows and the technical superiority of a coated aluminum cover shell.

Our
manufacturing characteristics:
  • Standard types of wood are pine and spruce as laminated, finger-jointed plywood scantlings with 3 lamellas (similar to the illustration above)
  • equal shaped sashes with 2 sealing levels as central and overlapping seal
  • Color design according to Akzo Nobel Sikkens color cards
  • Suitable for accommodating triple functional glasses
  • Spruce: Uw=0.88 W/m²K according to DIN EN ISO 10077-1 based on the test window size of 1230 x 1480 mm with Ug=0.6 W/m²K
  • Panels up to 44 mm thick
  • Hardware silver-colored Siegenia TITAN AF with the proven Sebnitzer basic security
  • Hardware configuration for high security requirements can be upgraded to the appropriate security classes
